SO how was it? did you have a lovely Easter? Here it was great, lots of eating and lazing around!
I finished those Easter cups for my sister and her boyfriend and opted for the easy fix of good old cellophane in the end, on the whole they were well received and that's all that matters!
I was lucky enough to have my share of the Easter chocolate....sadly it is no more! I cant think of a better time then now to start off on that health kick - farewell chocolate......uh......ok....
We spent Easter day by having a family dinner, traditional roast, followed by Apple crumble and/or Peach flan - YUM!! Roll on next seasonal occasion!
